Ako bi predpostavili da je deo biznis plana i investicija (150+150 miliona) prva faza izgradnje BNV-a (period 4-5godina),kompanija AL Mabar bi teoretski mogla da isplati celu El Abarovu investiciju iz svog neto profita,ako on kojim slučajem ne bi mogao to sam da investira.
Međutim pomalo je šaljivo kad se pronađe da je to ustvari rekla sasvim druga osoba za drugu firmu. Citiram deo članka:"Al Maabar I.I. Dakle to je rekao Muhamed Mubarak za Aldar propertis, a ne Mohamed Omaar, vlasnik Al Maabara, za svoju firmu. Čitava ta "About" stranica je ustvari nerazumljiva ako se ne primeti da su u pitanju dve različite firme i ako se ne zna kakve one imaju veze.Aldar activates Dh3bn investment plan, buys commercial tower

Dakle, originalni osnivači Al Maabar-a su prodali svoj udeo Eagle Hills-u, pa se Al Maabar spojio sa njim. Tako da pretpostavljam da je tvoj citat o očekivanim parama (a ne onim koje imaju) iz vremena kad je Aldar bio jedan vlasnika zajedno sa vladom Abu Dabija, Mubadalom i drugima, i po tom osnovu upravljao Al Maabarom (sem ako i dalje nisu povezani na neki nejasan način). Ali šta se SADA dešava sa Al Maabarom? To možemo samo da pogađamo. Koliki kapital Al Maabar ima danas? Koliko uspešno posluje danas, kad su iz njega pobegle državne pare vlade Abu Dabija i drugih velikih firmi osnivača? Ima li firma uopšte neke zaposlene, ili sve vodi Eagle Hills koji međutim teško da istovremeno ima i obavezu da na sebe preuzme garantne obaveze Al Maabar-a prema Srbiji. Možda je Al Maabar i dalje velika i uspešna firma. Ne bih o tome mogao ništa da kažem, ali ako je suditi po ovako malim i neobičnim detaljima, povezani smo sa krajnje sumnjivom ekipom.Emaar boss uses Eagle Hills property firm to revive push into Africa
Eagle Hills, an Abu Dhabi- based property development company in which Mr Alabbar is a board member, has been quietly recruiting former Emaar executives and recently merged with Al Maabar, a joint venture company founded by Abu Dhabi’s largest developers.
According to the company’s website, Al Maabar, which was founded as a joint venture company under the direction of the Abu Dhabi government and created by Aldar Properties, Al Qudra Real Estate, Sorouh Real Estate, Mubadala Development, Reem International and Al Reem Investments in 2007, became a subsidiary of Eagle Hills in October last year.
Aldar confirmed that it had sold its stake in Al Maabar in 2013 and other Abu Dhabi partners are understood to have done likewise.
Calls and emails to Eagle Hills and Al Maabar went unanswered. When The National visited the Al Maabar offices in the Al Nahyan Camp area of Abu Dhabi this week, both entrances appeared closed.

Prvo, web adresa koju su oni sami dali, http://www.almaabar.com , i koja se svuda ponavlja više ne radi. Domen almaabar.com je i dalje registrovan, ali više ne ukazuje na bilo koji sajt. Zanimljivo je da čak ni Google keš ne pamti šta je tu bilo.

I kad ste se vec dotakli...nije Skoplje 2.. ove zgrade imaju plafone od 3.30-3.50, prizemlja i medjuspratove od 5-7m i originalnijeg su stila...
