A ko to kaže??? Nacionalisti po forumima? Čak su i njima arhineprijatelji Turci, a ne Srbi. Pre će biti da njima neće da grade. Ionako Turaka, Bugara takođe, na tom pravcu ima bar duplo više nego Srba...
To što si napisao naprosto nije tačno, a činjenice kažu sledeće i to je "stav" zvanične Bugarske:
Deonica bliža granici, Kalotina-Dragoman, užasno teška u Dragomanskoj klisuri - širi se postojeći put sa 7,5m na autoput (2+1/2+1) od 25,5m nauštrb brda, jer je sa suprotne strane međunarodna pruga. Izabran Štrabag, čeka se potpisivanje ugovora u narednih par nedelja, otkada im kreće rok od oko 2,5 godine, nakon čega imaju 6 meseci za izradu finalnog projekta (žuti FIDIC), radovi bi trebalo da krenu početkom proleća 2019. Projektovana brzina je 100km/h, ograničenje se očekuje na 110. Za tu deonicu EU preko CEF izdvaja oko 20 miliona evra, iliti oko 25% pošto je Štrabag dobio tender sa ponudom od 137,5 miliona leva. Ostatak od 50 miliona evra obezbeđuju iz državnog budžeta!
Sledeća deonica Dragoman-petlja Hrabarsko iza Slivnice je dosta lakša, tehnologija je ista, širi se postojeći put na AP gabarite, ovde na 26,5-27m samo što je projektna brzina 110, ograničenje vrv 120. Čeka se ovog meseca potpisivanje ugovora sa domaćim izvođačem GBS IS, koji je prošao sa 97,5 miliona leva posle isto po žutom FIDIC-u projektovanje i izgradnja sa manje-više istim rokovima. Kompletnu deonicu - oko 50 miliona evra finansiraće iz državnog budžeta!
Jedino što ne rade je deonica od Slivnice (Hrabarsko) do Severne brze tangente. To je hipotenuza od oko 17km koja izbegava nezgodnu katetu na ulazu u Sofiju, koja je već 2+2 bez odvojenih pravaca, sa ograničenjem 90 i semaforom kod Metroa, i još par prolazaka kroz naseljena mesta (50), dok je druga kateta obilaznica 3+3 plus lokalne trake. Za tu deonicu imaju građevinski projekat i bukvalno je ravno ko tepsija, problem su kolizije sa međ. prugom i podosta državnih i lokalnih puteva. Ako prve 2 privedu kraju, "javnost" će skočiti da se i to završi, jer će u industrijskoj zoni kod Metroa i Božurišta nastati još veći haos.

Iz svog budžeta grade i A2 /Sofija-Varna/ gde im je najteže deonice 70-ih izgradio pokojni Todor Živkov, 2 manje deonice se grade, 3 treba da uđu u tendersku proceduru za koji dan.
Iz evrofondova od puteva završavaju A3 - AM Struma i od pre 10-ak dana u tenderu je najteža deonica sa 2 lota Krupnik - Kresna (oko 25km), gde će graditi 2 trake koje obilaze "kanjon Strume" na vrhu brda sa tunelima i vijaduktima za pravac ka Sofiji, dok će put kroz klisuru ostati za pravac ka Grčkoj. Tunel Železnica 2km i još 2 male deonice pre i posle njega čekaju rešenja po žalbama i potpisivanje ugovora po tenderu - izvođači izabrani. Ove godine završavaju 23km Kresna-Sandanski (pogledajte SAT patrolu), a naredne obilaznicu Blagoevgrada (9km) i sa prethodno pomenutim biće gotov u fulu autoput ka Grčkoj. Ovo je važno i za Srbe, koji letuju u regiji Asprovalte, Vrasne, oko Atosa, a naročito Tasosa i Aleksandropolisa, jer će za 3-4 godine sve biti autoput od Beograda do Grčke. I sad je tu mnogo brže i bliže nego preko Makedonije.
Takođe od EU i neke deonice na Koridoru IV ka Dunav-mostu Vidin/Kalafat i Rumuniji grade brzi put iz evrofondova kroz najsiromašniji deo EU - severozapadnu Bugarsku.
 
taj Dunav most može zameniti koridor 10 samo u slučaju da u Srbiji izbije neko sr.... Kako su ga stručno napravili na mestu gde je Bugarska severno a Rumunija južno.

Rumune stoli bojko da tu nešto sad spajaju. Njima je strateški prioritet autoput preko Karpata između vlaškog i austrougarskog dela i to između Bukurešta (Ploeštija) i Brašova na A3, pre negoli na A1 (Pitešti - Sibiu). Kako će ono da provuku preko Sinaje - pojma nemam, jedva se magistrala i pruga i sad provlače, gomila naseljenih mesta uz put i 10x je zahebanije nego Grdelička, Sićevačka i "kanjon Strume" zajedno. Ako išta budu gradili uskoro u delu ka Dunav mostu (New Europe bridge), to je brzi put Pitešti-Krajova. Da grade zapadno od Krajove i južno od Lugoža šanse su ekvivalentne izgradnji autoputa Temišvar-Beograd (ili Zrenjanin). Dakle, skoro pa nikakve. Samim tim i šanse da ova "obilaznica oko Srbije" - koridor IV zaživi kao alternativa Koridoru X.

Oni su i to krenuli da naplaćuju.
I onaj put u Grčkoj od granice sa Bugarskom u katastrofalnom stanju. I to će sledeće godine da naplaćuju.
 
Taj deo od granice do Soluna je rađen po "našem" receptu, tj, to je polu-autoput. Tačno se vidi da je to jedna polovina gde ima mesta za dve trake i zaustavnu traku. Oni su to napravili kao deo kod Ostružničkog mosta - jedna ipo traka po smeru, sa tim da svi (većina) vozi polu-desno, tj, gazeći punu liniju, a oni koji pretiču prelaze do pola u suprotnu traku.
U teoriji jako nebezbedno, u praksi funkcioniše bez problema čak i kada je gužva.
 
Funkcioniše i bezbedno je jer je savršeno pravo i savršeno ravno. Ali Grci su pomorska nacija, kamionski prevoz im nije mnogo bitan pa samim tim nije im imperativ da se povežu sa evropskom mrežom autoputeva.
 
Za taj deo od Soluna do Evzonija se sve može reći osim bezbedno...Najbolja potvrda pre 15 dana nas autobus sa rumskim tablicama u jarku desno a grcki kamionet u jarku levo...Ljude bas tu hvata umor jer su vozili celu noc,granice itd a cilj blizu svi se opuste i eto tragedije.Neko se pomeri desno malo vise neko kalo manje i ta dogovrnaekonomija u saobraćaju moze biti vrlo opasna.
 
Poenta je znati za to i ne biti tvrdoglav i ne pomeriti se što više u desno.

Ja sam to ukapirao prvi put posle 5 minuta vožnje. Nije vožnja samo slepo praćenje pravila.
 
Isto je bilo i na AP za NS dok je bio polu autoput. Izuzetno nebezbedno i svakodnevno sam viđao udese.
Grci su imali prostora da urade kao Obrenovački sa 2+2.
 
Zar nisu bile 3 trake, sve tri vozne dok ne bg ns bio polu a put? Možda se ne sećam dobro.
Kad je obilaznica otvorena, prvo su postojale dve veoma široke trake, vozio je kako je ko hteo, preticao, očekivao da se ljudi sklone u stranu... Na ovim prostorima je rizično ostavljati vozačima puno slobode u tumačenju pravila.
Kasnije, čini mi se su isrtali drugačije, sa dve trake i dve poluzaustavne.

Deonica od evzonija do soluna mi je takođe, veoma naporna za vožnju u smislu da pratim ko pretiče mene i ko pretiče u susret meni (svima se treba skloniti u desno, i to je ok), pa isto to kad i ja pretičem šleper neki. Problem je što zaustavna traka, skroz desno nije uvek bezbedna za vožnju i nikako ne vozim konstantno tuda. Oči napred, oči nazad... i preživi se tih 50ak km.
Ove godine na povratku, nekima su poispadali koferi sa krovnog nosača na put, a ja iza kamiona koji je bez problema prešao preko istih, malo je bilo i slaloma, ali su se ljudi parkirali u zaustavnu i čekali trnutak da pokupe stvari.
 
Dokaz da polu-rešenja nikako nisu dobra i da je karakteristično za zemlje tipa Grčke i Jugoslavije.

Znači, sve je bilo spremno za pun profil, ali nije bila zatovrena finansijska konstrukcija, neko se tu previše ugradio i dobiješ privremeno rešenje koje traje decenijama.
 
Apsolutno i sada kada smo se svi složili hajde da uputimo pismo vladi da ubrza radove na uvodjenju zajednickog saltera na granici sa Makedinojim,da resi pitanje zelenih kartona i da iskoristi ove trilateralne sastanke Ciprasa ,Vucica i Borisova da se resi pitanje tog autoputa makar i mi pomogli kad oni nisu nama iz Helennic plana 2004.

Mislim da je pameti svi bi oni i trebali nešto po tom pitanju da urade jer čini mi se iz godine u godinu seoba Srbalja ka Halkidikiju biva sve veća i veća.
 
Zajednički šalteri su sasvim OK i praktična stvar. Samo pitanje je šta raditi sa onim drugim graničnim prelazom. Veliki su to objekti.

Koliko se meni cini tenderom kojim daju koncesiju na Egnatia Odos u trajanju od 40 godina a samim tim i na deonicu Solun Evzoni kao vertikalnu osu tog autoputa , daju i pravo na postavljanje naplatnih rampi cak i na bocnim izlazima ,konkretno ovde je rec o izlazu za Dojran (Polikastro) a onda se lokalni funkcioneri bune i traze da se bar izgradi druga traka.Deluje da je kompletiranje na dugom stapu izgleda...

"This section, formerly known as part of the PATHE axis, is a highway but it is not a motorway. It is a large section, about 45 km long, on a road that is an entrance of the country, which must at last, finally, be upgraded. I naravno da ce izgradnja te deonice biti peoblematicna, kada su je 'pametni' pripojili putu kojem ne pripada i putu koji je relativno ili gotovo potpuno nov, a sve sa ciljem da inkasiraju neku bedu ne bi li vratili makar kamatu nekog od stotina kredita.

Naravno da je Gtrans... prevod na srpski tek nema smisla a ovako se ponešto i može skapirati.

Ni sam ne znam zasto Bugari ne urade ovaj deo izmedju granice i Sofije ? Prilicno je lako za izgradnju, nije toliko tezak teren. Valjda ce to za koju godinu biti gotovo.
Koliko će biti kraći put, prekjuče sam se vratio s Tasosa pa me interesuje koliko kraći. Sad mi je trebalo 12sati sa sve pauzama, granicama i trajektom.
 
Prilično dobar. Osim toga, prednost je i granica Bugarska-Grčka, gde je zadržavanje dramatično kraće i od Preševa i od Evzonija.

Ono što ne valja je kvalitet puta u Grčkoj.
