China commercial paper delinquencies double in Feb amid property crisis
SHANGHAI, March 4 (Reuters) - The number of Chinese companies "consistently overdue" on commercial paper payments more than doubled in February from a month earlier as the Chinese property sector continued to struggle with a liquidity crisis.
A total of 1,184 companies were overdue on at least three commercial paper payments in the six-month period from Sept. 1, 2021 to Feb. 28, 2022, or had overdue payments in February, according to a list published on the website of the Shanghai Commercial Paper Exchange.
That compared with 562 companies on a list published at the end of January.
The February list included a number of companies related to developer Shimao Group (0813.HK), which on Thursday had its credit rating cut to "CCC" by Fitch Ratings over rising refinancing risks.
It also included companies under Fantasia Holdings Group (1777.HK), which in December secured an extension on a bond maturity, as well as beleaguered developer China Evergrande Group's (3333.HK) electric car business, China Evergrande New Energy Vehicle Group. (0708.HK)
Beijing has been stepping up efforts to stabilise and tighten control over its economically critical property sector, which has been roiled by the debt crisis at Evergrande.

Ulozi u njih jer oni ostaju posle tebe. A tu " sicu" koja ti pretekla ulozi u " cvrstu" materiju koja se ne kvari . Ja sam skromno ulozio u zlato i med. Sad sam visak ulozio u stan u koji ce ziveti moj sin. Nije investicija za izdavanje i slicno . Ulozio sam u obrazovanje dece i ovaj visak u krov za njih.
Kao pčelar, odnosno neko ko je u materiji iznenađen sam da ti nije poznato da pravi med kristališe obavezno. Kada će kristalisati zavisi od odnosa fruktoze i glukoze u njemu. Moj med sa planine već je polako kristalisao, a bagremov npr. nije još (paša 2021. god.). Med se može vratiti u tečno stanje ako imaš dekristalizator.Ko ce ti kupiti kristalisani med?
