The idea of BUAP is that CIA-MOSSAD are 100% in control of the aircraft.
All Western Aircraft since 2007, are BUAP controlled. POTUS-MOSSAD/CIA approval is required to activate BUAP worldwide, but since its administered, designed and controlled, and administered by SERCO, anybody inside the loop could in fact take control.
The most recent 737-Max failure is related to BUAP, as the plane couldn’t fly on its own, the trim didn’t exist the plane is/was unstable, auto-pilots didn’t work, but Boeing was forced to keep the plane flying because CIA wanted control, and Boeing financial didn’t want to re-design the plane.
In old days, a well designed plane, could fly itself when trimmed, but the new 737-max with forward engines requires advanced feedback loops. 737-max of course the design didn’t have redundant feedback, so when it failed the auto-pilots and ‘fly by wire’ system fails in entirety.
Even the BUAP is not discussed by pilots, top-secret CIA-MOSSAD program, discussing BUAP even if know by a pilot will result in loss of pilots license. Omerta."
