2.5
Without limitation, the RoS undertakes to and/or the Parties acknowledge that (as the case may be) the Ros:
2.5.4
between the Closing Date and 31 December 2016 (inclusive), fund including by way of grant AS's working capital requirements/cash shortfall as per the Strategic Plan, in the sum of:
- US$ 14 million in the year ending 31 December 2014
- US$ 14 million in the year ending 31 December 2015
- US$ 14 million in the year ending 31 December 2016
such funding to be equal quarterly instalments.
2.5.5
fund by way of grants or, subject to Etihad prior written approval in each case, by way of reducing operating cash expenses borne by JAT, additional amounts as may be specified in the Strategic Plan in the sum of:
- US$ 22 million in the year ending 31 December 2014
- US$ 18 million in the year ending 31 December 2015
7.2.8.
By way of reflecting the Company's much greater use of Belgrade Airport than any other carrier, the RoS shall ensure that during the term of the Support Services Agreement:
- the terms on which AS uses Belgrade Airport (including but not limited to the Passenger Service Charge (PSC), landing and parking and apron charges, charges for use of airbridges, charges for towing of aircraft, charges for use of office space, lounge space and fast track, and charges for security and insurance) are no less favourable than those offered to any other carrier.
- a volume discount which shall be the greater of the following:
a) any such discount that has been approved (whether now or in the future) to any airline company by Belgrade Airport
b) 50% on standard charges imposed by Belgrade Airport
- any financial incentive offered to a third party airline is equally available to AS
and
the Parties agree that any of the above stated discounts as may be agreed between AS and Belgrade Airport during the period commencing on 4 September 2013 and ending on the date the Support Services Agreement ceases to apply (whether by termination, expiration or otherwise), that are additional to the contractual fees
and discounts that were in existence on 1 August 2013 (e.g. for illustrative purposes, any discount that is additional to the existing PSC discount of US$4.50 per passenger),
will be treated as a reduction of operating cash expenses for the purposes of paragraphs 2.5.4 and 2.5.5.

Napisali ljudi da sve te popuste i oproste sa BEG računaju kao ''prebijanje'' obaveze Republike Srbije za ulaganjem keša u AS.
Na osnovu teksta ugovora, naslov linkovane vesti bi mogao da bude npr. ''Vlada nastavlja sa ispunjavanjem Ugovora sa Etihadom.''
Ali, kako da to bude naslov, kada ni
KRIK, ni
N1 nisu dobili pare da objektivno informišu javnost, nego da...pa, malo drugačije od objektivnog pokušavaju da informišu.
I, ne bi to bio ''problem''. Jaka stvar. Dobili ljudi pare da pokušavaju svojim izveštavanjem ovo ili ono.
''Problem'' nastane kada ljudi, koji bi trebalo da budu onaj bolje informisan deo građana (znaju engleski, na dnevnoj bazi koriste internet), koji za sebe vole da misle kako su oni onaj pametniji, obrazovaniji deo nacije, ustvari prvi polete za ovim smećem od teksta, i krenu da se nadovezuju sa komentarom poput gore citiranog oko terminala. I, što je najbolje, reciklaže ove vesti će biti opet kada BEG objavi sve papire za 2015. godinu, pa onda opet kada APR objavi izveštaj AS za 2015. godinu, pa onda opet negde sledeće godine u ovo vreme kada se budu videla plaćanja u toku 2016. godine...
