Ovaj projekat ce biti uzasan jer ce tu ubiti saobracaj kao recimo TC Usce.Samo sto ce ovde biti jos gore guzve jer nije planiran tuda metro u narednih beskonacno godina.

Pitajte bilo kog saobracajnog inzenjera i recice vam svoje misljenje.Pogotovu jer sva vozila iz centra grade ce morati da idu na Autokomandu pa preko kruznog toka do TC-a.A u povratku ce morati na Vojvode Stepe pa opet na Autokomandu.Taj kraj ce biti nepovratno saobracajno zacepljen.A tu ne bi pomoglo ni da Vojvode Stepe bude duplo sira.Otprilike zamislite da se u celom bloku gde je depo u Bulevaru Revolucije napravi ogromni trzni centar.Tolika guzva ce biti ako ne i veca.

A i time batalismo autobusku stanicu Jug koja je tu planirana,bas je to pominjao Jovin na otvaranju metro izlozbe.Da je to silovanje urbanizma da se tu gradi trzni centar.Jer autobuska stanica bi znatno manje opteretila saobracajnu infrastrukturu u okolini.

Trzni centar umesto ili kod nekog od ovih stadiona ima smisla jer Bulevar JNA moze da podnese jos podosta optrecenja dok tako nije sa Vojvode Stepe.Ali taj trzni centar ne bi bio usput stanovnicima Vozdovca iz Vojvode Stepe pa zato Misko gura svoju pricu.

Та локација би се свеједно изградила на овај или онај начин са огромном квадратуром и великим бројем посетилаца. Локација је погодна за било који садржај а паметни људи су срећом укопали аутопут и на кварњака издејствовали трећу траку па се сваки будући саобраћајни чеп може лако решити.

ПС: Саобраћајци немају шта да се питају у овом случају.И до сада су се петљали у посао урбаниста па смо добили аутомобилску паланку.

Autoput ce izdrzati dodatno opterecenje ali Vojvode Stepe i Bulevar oslobodjenja od Autokomande do Veterinarskog nece,pogotovu zbog onog semafora koji je stara verzija raskpetlje na koju je dobro ukazao jedan forumas pre nekoliko meseci.

Koliko laicki razumem sve je bolje od trznih centara sto se tice saobracajnog opterecenja jer se kupci zadrzavaju relativno malo pola sata,najvise 2 sata cime je broj dolazaka i odlazaka mnogo veci nego da je tu recimo autobuska stanica ili stambeno naselje koji bi imali odredjene intervale opterecenosti u spicevima umesto da su nonstop opteceni kao sto ce biti.Pogotovu pokusavam da zamislim tu jednu traku Vojvode Stepe koja pokriva ceo Vozdovac,naselje Vojvode Stepe i sve koji odlaze iz ovog TC-a ka centru grada ili autokomandi,uf...

Može da se pristupi iz centra tako što će se ići na uključenje na auto put u pravcu niša, pa u tc. ne mora na kružni tok.

Видиш како си научио. :kk: Око тога нема шта да се се дискутује.Урбанисти испланирају блок,насеље или ураде читав ГУП а саобраћајци су ту да омогуће захтеване каректаристике задатих саобраћајних токова. Код нас је било обрнуто. Саобраћајци су нам обликовали,планирали и на дужи перидо дефинисали град.За то време растерали су сваког поштеног архитекту и урбанисту а на њихова места довели незналице које су поставили ту да би дали кредибилитет сопственим брљотинама.

ПС: Иронија је да смо најефикаснију саобраћајницу добили онда када је архитекта/урбаниста одрадио и посао саобраћајаца. :wink:

Ovo ide do banalizacije.Uvek svako radi deo svoj posla,samo je pitanje ko ima primat,da ne kazem ko je glavni.

Recimo saobracajci se nisu pitali oko TC usca niti ocigledno oko ovog TC-a na autokomandi koji ce rezultirati uzasnim saobracajnim problemima.

Uvek treba gledati stvari i na pozitivan nacin,ako nista drugo makar ce izgradnje metroa biti veci prioritet zbog ova dva cepa nastalih zbog trznih centara.

Saobraćajni fakultet kao takav retko gde i postoji. Saobraćaja nema bez puta i bez vozila, dakle ili se uči na Građevinskom ili na Mašinskom.

Ispravka: - na tom mestu nije bio "logor smrti", već koncentracioni logor u izvornom smislu (veliki zatvor za ljude koji nisu prekršili nikakav zakon). Sa ovog mesta su ljudi odvođeni na streljanje van grada, najviše u Jajince.

I mene nervora ideja o još jednom šoping centru, između ostalog i zbog ovoga.

Brošura "Delta planeta" - detaljna prezentacija projekta, verovatno upriličena za neki sajam nekretnina. Ima nekoliko novih rendera (uglavnom enterijera), ali i dosta informacija o sadržajima centra - bioskopu, radnjama, restoranima, hipermarketu, kafeterijama... (naravno, osim CineStara, ostali brendovi se ne pominju).

Jedan deo brošure je posvećen i saobraćaju. Prikazane su pristupne saobraćajnice koje će se graditi za tržni centar, naveden je zaista impresivan broj linija GSP-a koje staju u neposrednoj blizini, najavljena je izgradnja UMP-a u nedefinisanoj budućnosti, a naročito je zanimljivo što se pominje i buduća stanica BG metroa (ne sećam se da su poslednji planovi zamišljali metro stanicu na Autokomandi).

рендери..шта знам ништа ново. занимљиво је што су пасареле цик цак. делује да ће имати доста природног светла, што је велики успех делта ситија. штета што ће краци/улице бити прилично слични, што отежава оријентацију - за разлику од ситија. ентеријер..неприметан, небитан.

екстеријер ништа ново...онај пилон је одвратан (!!!) највећи минус је улазна надстреха која је ту потпуно ван везе са остатком објекта, прилепљена тотално безвезе. да је она страва, екстеријер би био заиста добар. (ако заборавимо да ће делта вероватно имате ултра јефтин изглед материјала)


саобраћај је катастрофа. улаз на аутопут под углом од 90 степени??? катастрофа. ок то јесте сабирна саобраћајница уз аутопут, али небитно је. по мени би једини улаз и излаз требало да буду:

1.улаз на новоизграђеном искључењу за ниш под углом од 10 степени и одвојеном траком само за скретање у случају гужви

2.излаз на сабирној саобраћајници такође под углом од 10 степени али на пола пута између укључења аутокоманде за ниш и укључења сабирне саобраћајнице на аутопут.
