Vec duze vreme citam o kanalu Morava-Vardar. U 70-tim godinama, ta se mogucnost ozbiljno razmatrala u SFRJ, ali je vremenom izgubila na znacaju... Prilazem neke isecke iz clanka Dobrivoja Jovanovskog o tome - sta mislite?
Prednost ovog kanala ne bi bila samo transformacija 7 gradova u Srbiji i 2 u Makedoniji u luke, vec i razvoj juga Srbije uopste, ukljucujuci i Presevsku dolinu. Takodje, ovo bi otvorilo mogucnost ne samo transformacije Koridora 10 u vodeni koridor, vec i otvaranje prostora za smestaj fibro-opticke mreze (backbone) juzne Evrope. Mislim da korist samo od ovog zadnjeg visoko prevazilazi troskove.

Trenutna cena velikih projekata kanala (kao sto je Seine-Nord Europe Canal) je oko 2 milijarde EUR za 100km, sto bi znacilo da bi ukupna cena ovog kanala bila oko 18 milijardi EUR, koja bi logicki bila podeljena izmedju EU, Srbije, Makedonije i Grcke, koja bi sada imala direktnu vezu sa Severnim morem preko kanala Dunav-Rajna-Majna.
