Lapovo-Kraljevo transport

Hi.

I hope there is no problem writing in English. My name is Ivan and Im Bulgarian. I decided to post in English to avoid misunderstanding despite our languages are very close.

I'm a passionate trains and tennis fan and I would like to go to Kraljevo and watch Fed Cup match Serbia-Spain next week. So I need information about early buses between Lapovo and Kraljevo (I will come with the night train from Sofia). I see there is an early train at 03:30 am but I'm not sure if the 1 h 30 min arriving earlier train from Bulgaria will not be too late and my connection won't wait (since the next train is too late and I will miss the tennis matches). I want to ask you also if you know at station Dimitrovgrad that there is a ticket officer selling tickets in the evening for the train Nusic (train 292 departing at 23:45) or I can buy tickets from the conductor of the train ? Hope my questions are clear. Thank you in advance for your replies

You should make your transfer in Niš, why proceeding to Lapovo?

According to the http://www.polazak.com/ website, there are buses from Niš to Kraljevo at 05:30, 07:25, 07:40 etc.

Seams there are no early buses from Lapovo to Kraljevo.

Vancho, I think that local trains like Lapovo-Kraljevo wait for connection with international trains. It' true that train 292 is always late, so I can't guarantee 100% that you will make it, anyway I think that there is good chance to make it.

Pa valjda je cilj da coveku sa konkretnom namerom da od sofije do kraljeva stigne sto brze, jednostavnije i udobnije, majka mu stara ?

I`m sorry for not being able to reply for such a long time - had a very busy weekend.

Your train arrives in Niš some minutes before midnight, and there should be no bus traffic to Kraljevo at that time. So, if you don`t want to spend the whole night in the town not so famous for its nightlife, maybe Kokos is right, and you might try to catch Lapovo - Kraljevo train.
Then again, if the train from Sofia is late enough (two or more hours), changing for a bus in Niš could be an option.

Some long distance buses used to stop in front of Niš train station, but I don`t know if there were any apart from those heading to Southern Serbia, and if they still do that. Anyway, there certainly is a city public bus, and the cab should be quite cheap there (providing that a driver is honest enough and does not consider people from Bulgaria rich foreigners ).
As for the price for Niš - Kraljevo bus, guess that should not cost more than 800-900 dinars one way (there are discounts for a round trip, if operated by the same bus company).

По-лесно и по-евтино ти е с автобус от София, от колкото влакът. Търгва МАТПУ от централната автогара София, сутринта в 7:30, става околу 24/25лв еднопосочен билет. Пристига в 10:30 и точно в това време търгва автобус за Кральево, пристига там околу 13:45. МАТПУ са партньори с Ниш Ескпрес, така че ще имаш възможност да къпиш билет (с прекачването) директ за Кральево от МАТПУ. В този случай обикновено те причакат малко в Ниш, и самия автобус пристига бързо защото в границата обикновено няма много калабалък сутринта.

Другите фирми същото имат автобуси от Ниш за Кральево който търгват след 10:30, но за това трява да си къпиш билетчето в автогара Ниш. Цената няма как да е повече от 1000-1500дин. Последния вариянт е ако пак не намериш нищо в Ниш, купи си билет за Белград (автобуси са всеки 45 мин, пътуването 3ч), и тогава от Белград за Кральево (всеки 1ч, 1ч30м). Ниш-Белград ще става билет 1000-1200 дин, за Кральево не знам точно, но пак не много повече.
